The Kier’s Hope Foundation is looking for 10 seniors in high school who are Sickle Cell Warriors or have the Sickle Cell Trait to participate in this year’s HBCU Week College Fair at Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, FL, Thursday, October 24th. The event celebrates historically black colleges and universities, with a mission to encourage high school youth to enroll in HBCUs, provide scholarship dollars for matriculation, and sustain a pipeline for employment from undergraduate school to corporate America. There will be over 40 HBCUs in attendance looking to provide letters of admission on the spot and full and partial scholarships if you qualify.
The Kier’s Hope Foundation will provide each selected student round-trip airfare, meals, lodging and tickets to the Walt Disney World Resort. To be considered it is Mandatory to have your:
· High School Transcript and SAT or ACT Test Score
